FAWEZA on June 20th joined the global community in honoring the strength, courage, and resilience of millions of refugees around the world.

In line with our commitment to advancing gender equity and education for all, and in partnership with FAWE Africa and Mastercard Foundation, FAWEZA is proudly implementing the Mastercard Foundation Bursary Support Programme a transformative initiative aimed at unlocking Second Chance Pathways for Increased Access to Tertiary Education for Marginalized Young Women and Men.

FAWEZA recognizes that refugee youth face unique challenges, yet they also hold immense potential. That’s why this programme has deliberately included young refugees affirming that they too deserve equitable access to learning, growth, and the opportunity to live with dignity.
